Please excuse the delay in posting. Over the past few weeks we have had to deal with a major problem with the plans for the air conditioning system.
The good news is that our new air conditioning plans were approved by the county this morning and we will restart construction from Monday. We would like to say thank you to Sarasota Building Department, who have been very helpful and supportive of our situation.
We have five weeks of construction left (install A/C, insulate walls, put up drywall, paint, floor and install equipment) and fully expect to open before the end of October.
We apologize for the delay. Let's hope it's the last one.
